Is Wellumo a real pharmacy?
Yes. Wellumo B.V. is registered with the Dutch CIBG as an online supplier of medicines and works under the responsibility of pharmacist Nilufar Pashaee (BIG 29916405817).
Do I really speak to a doctor?
Yes. A registered doctor calls you before anything is prescribed.
What if the doctor thinks it doesn't suit me?
Then you get the full amount back and the doctor explains why.
Is it a subscription?
For ongoing treatments, yes. You pause or stop yourself in your account, without a notice period.

How quickly will I have my treatment at home?
The doctor reviews your request within 1 working day and calls you. After approval you have your treatment at home within 1 to 2 working days.
What if I get side effects?
Call us or send a message through your account. Your doctor looks at what is needed, sometimes building up more slowly helps. With serious symptoms call 112 or your GP.
Can I pause, for example during a holiday?
Yes. In your account you pause until a date you choose yourself.
Is it reimbursed?
Usually not. You receive an invoice that you can submit yourself if your policy covers it.
Libido
Is the conversation with the doctor awkward?
Our doctors discuss this every day. The conversation is short and matter-of-fact.
What is the difference between the medicines?
Sildenafil works for a few hours, tadalafil longer, and you take the melt film without water. The doctor helps you choose.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You can order a single pack or let it continue automatically, and you can always stop.
Can anyone see what I ordered?

Which side effects can occur?

Is it suitable for women?
No. This treatment is for men only.
What happens if I stop?
The effect fades gradually. You can always stop, yourself in your account.
Premature ejaculation
Do I have to take it every day?
No. You take it 1 to 3 hours before you expect to have sex, and only then.
Can I combine it with an erection medicine?
Sometimes. The doctor discusses this with you, because it depends on your health.
