How it works: step by step, no surprises

What happens, who does it, how long it takes and what it costs. And what happens if the doctor says no.

  1. You fill in the medical intake 3 to 5 minutes

Questions about your complaint, your health and any medication you use. Just like at your GP, but at home and whenever it suits you. Only our medical team can see your answers.

  2. You choose and pay about 1 minute

You see the full price, including the review, prescription and shipping. You pay upfront, so the doctor can get started right away.

Does the doctor decline your request? Then you get the full amount back, and the doctor explains why.
  3. You confirm your identity about 1 minute

Once, via your phone. This is required by law. It makes sure the prescription reaches the right person.

  4. A doctor calls you within 1 working day

A registered doctor reviews your file and calls you. They discuss whether the treatment is safe for you, how to use it and what to look out for.

Is the treatment not right for you? Then we tell you honestly, and refer you to your GP if needed.

  5. Our pharmacy delivers 1 to 2 working days

Our pharmacist checks the prescription and we ship your treatment in a plain box without a logo. Chilled medication comes in cooled packaging. You get a track and trace code.

  6. We stay reachable for as long as you are treated

Questions, side effects or a change of dose? Through your account or simply by phone. We only inform your GP if you want us to.
