How to take your tablet
This is how it works according to the leaflet. With your first delivery our pharmacist also explains it in person.
Open the box
Open the box at the short end. The strips slide right out.
Four strips
The box holds four strips of 28 tablets each.
Turn the strip over
The foil is on the back.
Press one out
Press one tablet through the foil. Only do this when you are about to take it.
Swallow whole
Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not break, chew or crush it.
You build up the dose over four weeks, to a maximum of four tablets a day. Always follow the leaflet and the advice of your doctor or pharmacist.
